Cancel Out	Monday 9am- 5pm (The week of the rodeo) on 07 4927 1916
Entry Times	Monday to Friday 1pm - 5.00pm (The week prior to the rodeo)
Late Entries	Monday 9.00am - 5:00pm (The week of the rodeo) This will incur a late fine of $22.00 for seniors & $11.00 for juniors.
Call Back	Thursday 1:00pm - 5:00pm (The week of the rodeo)
Day Members	Day members must have their full nominations paid by the Friday the week prior to the rodeo, to the CRCA Head Office or you will not be included in the draw. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Entry Format	State the name of the rodeo, your membership number, your name and the events you wish to enter. You must provide your membership number or your entry will not be taken.
New Members	Must be financial BEFORE you will be put into the draw for any Rodeo.
Rules of Entry	Entries will not be accepted if there are previous unpaid accounts, eg. bounced cheques, fines or unpaid entries. As from 1st May 2003, if you have a debit against your central entry bond you are ineligible to compete.
